Does QLab work without the internet?
Yes. QLab Offline is installed on the lab's own computer or local server and keeps working when the internet is down. QLab Cloud runs in any browser and on Android.
Can reports be sent on WhatsApp?
Yes. Approved reports go to the patient on WhatsApp, and patients can also sign in with their mobile number to download reports.
Can QLab connect to lab analysers?
Yes. Analysers that speak ASTM can send results straight into QLab, so technicians do not retype values.
