- IoT & Machine Integration
Know what every machine is doing - right now.
Running, idle or down? How many parts this hour? Why did it stop? We connect your PLCs, CNCs and sensors so the answer is on a screen - and on the right person's phone - without anyone writing it down.
- New & old machines
- Live OEE
- WhatsApp Andon alerts
The numbers your morning meeting argues about - settled
Live machine status
Running, idle, setup, alarm or down - for every machine, live.
OEE
Availability, performance and quality calculated from real signals.
Downtime & reasons
Every stop timed; operators tag the reason on a tablet at the machine.
Counts & cycle time
Parts per hour against target, and cycle time drift spotted early.
Energy monitoring
Consumption by machine, line and shift from energy meters.
Andon & alerts
WhatsApp, e-mail and Andon display alerts with escalation.
Shop-floor TV dashboards
Line performance on large displays where the team can see it.
Connected to the rest
Feeds breakdown, maintenance, quality and SAP - no double entry.
New machines, old machines - all on one screen
Modern machines share data through their PLC or controller. Older ones get simple sensors on the signals that matter. Either way, an edge gateway collects it and sends it to your dashboards.
- PLC & CNC - read directly over the machine's own protocol.
- Retrofit sensors - cycle, running and alarm signals from machines without a network.
- Energy meters - consumption per machine and per shift.
- Buffered at the edge - nothing lost when the network blips.
The numbers, on a screen the whole line can see
Shop-floor TVs show each line's target against actual, hour by hour, and flash the moment a machine stops - so the team reacts before the supervisor has to ask.
- Target vs actual by line and by hour.
- Stoppage alerts on the board and on WhatsApp, with escalation.
- Any TV - a browser is all it needs.
IoT & OEE questions
Can you connect old machines without a PLC?
Yes. Older machines are connected with sensors and an IoT gateway that read signals such as cycle complete, running and alarm - without changing the machine's controls.
How is OEE calculated?
OEE is availability × performance × quality: running time against planned time, actual output against ideal cycle time, and good parts against total parts - all read from the machine and the quality system rather than typed in.
Who gets alerted when a machine stops?
Alerts go by WhatsApp, e-mail and Andon display to the people you choose, and escalate if the stoppage is not acknowledged in time.
Start with one line
We connect a pilot line, show you live OEE within weeks, and scale to the plant once the numbers prove themselves.
