Engineering the connected factory - from the sensor to SAP.

Qubha Infotech builds machine vision that inspects every part, connects every machine for live OEE, and takes the shop floor off paper - one integrated system, engineered, installed and supported by our own team in Chennai.

Every system we sell is running on a production line today.

Our engineers have stood beside the machines, wired the panels and trained the operators. That is why our software fits the way a plant actually works - shift handovers, line stoppages, audits and all.

Our technology stack

Four layers, engineered as one system

Most plants buy cameras, software and devices from different vendors - and the gaps between them are where data gets lost. We own every layer.

01

Edge

Industrial cameras & lighting, PLCs, CNC controllers, sensors, energy meters, barcode & RFID readers.

  • Machine vision
  • PLC / CNC
  • Sensors
  • RFID
02

Connectivity

Edge gateways that read machines over industrial protocols and buffer data so nothing is lost when the network blips.

  • OPC UA
  • Modbus TCP
  • MQTT
  • REST APIs
03

Platform

A secure .NET platform with relational databases, role-based access, audit trails and automatic backups - on your servers or in the cloud.

  • .NET
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
  • Docker · Linux
04

Applications

Web apps, Android apps, shop-floor TV dashboards and WhatsApp alerts - and two-way integration with SAP and your ERP.

  • Angular
  • Android
  • WhatsApp
  • SAP
Engineering capabilities

What our engineers bring to your line

Computer vision

Optics and lighting design, inspection algorithms, OCR and code grading, recipe management per part variant.

Industrial protocols

Reading PLCs, CNCs and meters over OPC UA, Modbus and MQTT - and retrofitting machines that have no network at all.

Real-time data

Event-driven pipelines that turn machine signals into OEE, alerts and dashboards within seconds.

SAP & ERP integration

Production, quality and inventory exchanged with SAP and ERPs, so nothing is keyed in twice.

Security & compliance

Role-based access, full audit trails and backups - built for IATF, ISO and customer audits.

Cloud or on-premise

Deployed on your plant servers or in the cloud, on Linux and Docker, with remote monitoring and updates.

From signal to decision

What the connected line looks like

One part moving through one station - and every system around it knowing what happened, in real time.

  • See - the vision station inspects the part and stores the image against its serial.
  • Count - the gateway reads the cycle from the PLC and updates OEE.
  • Act - a reject opens a rejection review; a stoppage alerts maintenance on WhatsApp.
  • Trace - the label printed at packing links the part to batch, machine, operator and inspection.
  • Report - good quantity and scrap flow to SAP at the end of the shift.

In the field

What a Qubha deployment looks like

Three of the ways plants put our systems to work - each built from products already running in production.

Machining centre in a transmission plant

A machining plant that stopped losing breakdowns on a whiteboard

The problem
Breakdowns written on a board, calibration due dates in a register, and audit evidence scattered across files.
What we built
Breakdown management with a live Andon board, preventive maintenance, and calibration with MSA studies and automatic reminders.
What changed
Maintenance is alerted the moment a machine stops, and every gauge's status is one click away when the auditor arrives.
Automotive assembly line

An automotive supplier connected to its customer's SAP

The problem
Advance shipping notices, receipts and forecasts exchanged by e-mail and spreadsheet - and keyed into SAP by hand.
What we built
A supplier ASN portal with GRN, forecast and in-transit views, posting straight into SAP receiving.
What changed
Shipments are visible before they arrive, and receiving is a scan rather than a data-entry job.
Close-up of a machined shaft being turned

Every part inspected, labelled and traceable

The problem
Manual visual checks at the end of the line, and no way to prove which batch a returned part came from.
What we built
A camera station checking presence, surface and markings, with a DataMatrix label linking each part to batch, machine and result image.
What changed
Bad parts are rejected at the station, and a customer complaint traces back to the exact image in seconds.
Why manufacturers trust Qubha

A technology partner you can hold to account

In-house engineers

Our own team designs, codes, installs and supports - nothing is subcontracted, so nothing gets lost in hand-offs.

Proven in production

25+ systems already running on manufacturing lines - not prototypes built for your project.

Your data stays yours

On-premise option, role-based access, full audit trails and automatic daily backups.

Prove it before you pay

Feasibility trials on your parts and pilot lines - you see results before you commit.

Local in Chennai

Engineers who can be at your plant, plus WhatsApp and phone support from the people who built it.

Built to last

Standard, maintainable technology - .NET, PostgreSQL, Angular - not a black box only one person understands.

How we work

From first plant visit to running system

Plant study

We walk the line, measure cycle times and list where data or quality is being lost.

Prove it

A feasibility trial on your parts, or a pilot line, before you commit.

Engineer & install

Hardware, software and integration installed and validated by our own engineers.

Support & scale

Remote monitoring, updates and support from the team that built it - line by line, plant by plant.

FAQ

Questions engineers and plant heads ask us

What does Qubha Infotech do?

We are an Industry 4.0 engineering company in Chennai. We build machine vision inspection systems, shop-floor digitalization software and industrial IoT for OEE and downtime, supply and integrate barcode, RFID and other industrial hardware, and integrate plant systems with SAP.

Which technologies do you use?

Industrial cameras and machine vision software at the edge; PLC, CNC and sensor connectivity over OPC UA, Modbus TCP and MQTT; a .NET platform with PostgreSQL or SQL Server on-premise or in the cloud with Docker on Linux; Angular web apps, Android apps, shop-floor dashboards and WhatsApp alerts; and REST and SAP integration.

Can your systems run on our own servers?

Yes - on your plant servers for data that must stay on-premise, or in the cloud, with role-based access, audit trails and automatic backups.

Where are you located?
